Gone are the newborn days! Connor is four months old. He weighs approximately 12.5 pounds and is about 23 inches long. He is such a sweet boy with THE sweetest smile. That's how my father-in-law describes it, and it fits him to a T! He is working on many new things such as sitting with support, reaching for toys, playing with (and tasting) his hands, cooing up a storm (he especially likes to talk to the fan!) and just generally watching the world around him. He is doing great at pushing himself up while on his stomach even though he still isn't a big fan of "tummy time." He has rolled from front/side to back a couple times, but I think they were complete accidents because he hasn't done it in a couple weeks. He is no longer content to be left alone but craves social interactions. He has begun to laugh some, although I wish we could get a full-out giggle out of him more often. It's such a GUY laugh he has! He started day care and has done great! We were worried about him taking the bottle since the week before he suddenly refused to take it from ANYONE. But he hasn't given his teachers any trouble at all and is taking about 5 oz at a time. He has been napping really well for them (wish I knew the trick) but part of that could be that he has been sick with his first cold (it was inevitable) and has been a lot more tired lately. He was sleeping through the night great, but this cold has proved to be somewhat of a problem for him and us since he is having trouble breathing through all the congestion and often wakes himself up coughing. Of course, we have been more quick to jump up and soothe him too. So now we have a bit of an uphill battle on our hands to get him back to where we were. Hopefully soon! He pretty much goes down between 7 and 8 and wakes up for good around 7am. His relationship with Juliana alternates between being scared/annoyed to tolerant to thinking she is really fun:) He loves to smile for his daddy (that is, in the 5 seconds Joe gets to see him each day before Juliana comes over begging for his attention!) He is such a sweetheart and it's crazy to think of how fast time is going.

Daddy makes me laugh!
One of those "entranced by his sister" moments-Juliana reading to him (awwwwww!)
How CUTE is he???
I can't believe how old he looks now.
