Big Boy Bed

Connor is now in a big boy bed!  About a month ago, we thought we'd make the transition, keeping his crib in the room alongside the bed in case he needed some time.  But, the first day, he jumped right into his bed and never looked back!  He is so proud of his "big boy bed."  He even sings a little song about it:)  The only problem is that he now stays awake for a long time because he is playing with his window shade (looking outside), his music (his i pod has ended up in his bed many times!) and he keeps unplugging his stoplight clock!  Plus, he's awake reading and singing too!!  But, he has NOT gotten out of bed and still calls to us (well, Joe, really) in the morning.  He's supposed to wake up when it's "green," (6:00) but seems to have his own internal alarm clock that rings at 5:30 each day!
