Connor's First Week

Connor is almost 1 week old. He is doing really well although his weight is still really low (6 lb 5 oz). Doctors aren't worried:) We are starting to see more and more of those beautiful dark eyes every day as he becomes more alert to his surroundings. His sleeping is much improved and wakes up a few times at nigh to feed, then goes right back to sleep.

Although he can't "play" yet, he has enjoyed some time in his bouncy seat and his swing as well as laying on his activity gym with his big sis.




He is starting to pick up his head and turn it from side to side during tummy time, although this is still hard for him. He tolerates it quite well!

His first "bath" was mostly an enjoyable experience for him as well.


Juliana continues to be infatuated with her baby brother but has a hard time when she wants to hold him or touch him and he is sleeping or eating. She says that all baby likes to do is eat, sleep and cry! (yeah, pretty much:)) She DID teach him to play Yahtzee though and he won his very first game!
