Easter Festivities

In the weeks and days leading up to Easter, we went to church for their 2nd Annual The Egg Thing event.  We did some crafts, ate some food, took pictures with the Easter Bunny and did an egg hunt!

Eye-dying time!  We used Kool-aid so it smelled delicious this year!

Easter morning!  The Easter Bunny left an egg with a clue to start the basket hunt.  The kids had a blast running all over the house trying to find their baskets!  There were eggs hid in places like the fridge, bathtub, dryer, under their bed, etc.  The FINALLY found their baskets in the BACK OF DADDY'S CAR!!!! What a silly bunny.

Then it was time to find all the eggs hidden around the house before heading to church.

 After church, we headed over to Grandma and Grandpa Giese's house for brunch and some more egg hunts.
