First, the boring stuff that I just want to remember:
*He weighs 16 lb and is 15.5 inches tall
*He takes 4 bottles/day (5-6 oz) and eats 3 solid meals and snacks
*He sleeps approx. 7pm-6:30am plus 2 naps (45 min-2 hours)
Now for the more exciting stuff!
*He is really working on crawling, but it's still a work-in-progress. He is pretty good at getting where he wants to go with an "army crawl" and occasionally will stay up on all 4s, It's easier for him on the wood floors than the carpet. He is most motivated to crawl toward the computer!
*He loves to clap his hands (or bang 2 blocks or other objects together)
*He has a definite favorite book, I Love You More Than... that he is pretty much obsessed with! He will practically leap out of my lap to find the book and pushes all other books away! He loves to open and close the book over and over again to start and stop the music that plays. It is like a magic ticket to settle him down if he's upset:)
*His favorite thing to do is to drop things/push things and watch them fall then say "Uh-oh!" Super cute:)
*He still loves to eat and is getting pretty good at eating small pieces of whatever we are eating. The problem is that he won't feed himself. He might attempt to pick up a piece of food, but then he forgets it's in his hands and drops it. We're hoping he will figure this out for himself pretty soon.
*Right now, he's a total Mamma's Boy and is going through some separation anxiety if I walk away, leave the room, etc. But....he never cries at daycare when I drop him off:) We think he just doesn't like to be left alone.
